The chef will prepare 3 courses (entrée, main course and dessert) with local and seasonal ingredients.

 

Because we are proud on our roots,

you will often find North Sea fish on our menu.

 

 

Price: €37,50 per person*

 

 

The pre-dinner drink (not included) is richly accompanied by appetizers, according the inspiration of the chef.

 

A bottle of our house wines, adapted to the menu, will cost you €25,00.

following the current inspiration.

 

Next our Chef Bert will prepare a gastronomic 5 course diner.

Local and seasonal ingredients are used as an inspiration.

Of course we can’t forget our deliciously fresh North Sea fish.

 

Later coffee or tea will follow…

With the necessary treats of course!

Entrées

  • Smoked salmon roulade with salad, new potatoes, spring onions and horseradish sauce with roasted sesame seed
  • A mince of salmon with smoked halibut, salad, dill and grain mustard based dressing
  • Rich fish soup with fennel and a dash of anise, a brunoise of vegetables and lemon flavoured olive oil
  • Carpaccio of duck with basil, rocket salad, goat cheese, olive oil and fleur de sel

 

 

Main courses

  • Steamed cod fillet with spinach, snow peas, broccoli and cauliflower, mashed leek, mousseline sauce and fruited leek
  • Roasted plaice fillet with wok beans, broccoli, basil pesto potatoes and choron sauce
  • Roasted salmon fillet with grilled tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini, mashed potatoes with green paprika
  • Sole fillet filled with spinach, beans, broccoli and turnip, mashed potatoes with mushrooms and shrimp sauce
  • Grilled lamb chops with wok zucchini and carrot tagliatelle, mushrooms and beans with spices, new potatoes with southern spices
  • Steak Au Poivre with fresh French fries and a salad
  • Char with baked leek, orange sauce, beans and asparagus, baked potatoes

 

 

Desserts

  • Dame Blanche with chocolate drippings, hot chocolate sauce and freshly whipped cream
  • Puff pastry with vanilla and strawberry ice cream, roasted almonds
  • Tarte Tatin with spiced biscuit ice cream and English sauce
  • Meringue, stuffed with chocolate and nuts ice cream
  • Lemon strawberry

 

All ice cream is home made by our chef.
